I recently took a class by Fraser Davidson on character rigging. My current project is based on homelessness in Bristol so I thought I'd take the opportunity to have a go at making some little characters for a short motion piece I'm currently working on. The first one below is my first attempt with no tinkering :

After I'd figured out the basics, I decided to add a bit more character to the walk....oh and some shoes:

This is the policeman that will eventually arrest my homeless guy! He still needs a bit of tweaking but I'm quite pleased with him for a first attempt:
