As a French guy living in Brussels, I sometimes have to apologize for not speaking dutch, one of the 2 official languages of the city.
So I decided to take the Belgian approach to it, namely self-parody.

The diamond-shaped flag can only go clockwise, so it would become the French flag. If it turned counterclockwise, it would become the dutch flag.
