Interior of a house in Jaworzno

Interior of a house in Jaworzno | MUS ARCHITECTS

The area of 370m2 is spread over two floors. The ground floor is the living part of the house with a large living room open to the garden and a dining room and kitchen in the front part of the building. A characteristic element that organizes and divides the space is a black "box" integrating in its form both the functional elements of the above-mentioned key functions of the daily zone of the house as well as several supplementary rooms and vertical communication (stairs).
The black cuboid is placed centrally between the living room and the kitchen and dining room.
On the one hand, there is a fireplace and furniture that forms the wall of the living room, on the other, high kitchen furniture and a pantry. The side walls of the "box" are accessible from the corridors - from the driveway side - stairs, toilets, and utility rooms, while from the back room and the exit towards the pine forest there is a recreation room and other smaller utility rooms. On the ground floor, the palette of colors and textures is very simple - black and white colors and a wooden parquet that completes the whole.

An undoubted accent is also a guest toilet. The purist white interior (resin floor, white walls and fittings) contrasts strongly with the display of live plants and stabilized mosses filling the entire wall opposite the entrance to the room. The entire compositional assumption is intensified by the mirror used on the entire wall perpendicular to the "compositional dominant" - duplicating the "wall of greenery" and influencing the optical experience of the users of the space.
The first floor is the "night" zone - the private space of the household members.

On one side of the floor plan of this floor we have a large bedroom with a centrally placed bed and a bathroom separated only by glass partitions as well as a large wardrobe. On the other side of the first floor we have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room. The color scheme of the floor is also synthetic and concise, but it is warmer than in the day zone of the house - black here is only an addition, the leading role is taken by the light shade of wood and white. The room designs have been additionally personalized and equipped in accordance with the residents' guidelines.

The interior of the house in Jaworzno is modern and minimalist. It has been finished based on the classic subdued colors - white and black with a significant addition of wooden cladding. The whole is enriched with accents in the form of vegetation and free-standing decorations.
