Design of ceiling support structure for Bangalore International Airport

While working with Hi-Tech supports Pvt Ltd, I worked with a team on a ceiling support structure for Bangalore International Airport, the elevation gap between true and false ceiling was 6 to 9 meters, this was filled with a complex system of HVAC, Firefighting, electrical, Lighting Fixtures, and Architectural Dome structures.

I worked on all aspects of the project on a daily basis…

Creating false ceiling support structure in Revit and then exporting model into Staad Pro to run a structural analysis.

Make sure that the structure is safe and efficient with optimal material usage.

Creating shop drawings and making sure that presentations are tidy and intelligible.

Visiting site, maintaining an effective information flow, and making sure that execution is accurate.

Come up with alternate solutions and validate them, in case of any design changes to the structure
