An ideal island
A detached house designed by a famous agency YOUSUPOVA completely complies with the modern interior design and architectural trends. Implemented entirely ranging from the design idea to the interior implementation, the project has become a showcase of harmonic symbiosis of the exterior as well as the interior.
The owner of the house, having had a previous experience of cooperation with the agency’s owner Dinara Yusupova, relied on her in the implementation of the project, carried out from the basement to the interior decor. In the architectural style, trends have been followed and the elements of minimalism have been added. The same approach has been transmitted to interior design.

A great deal of attention has been paid to the technical solutions. The utility systems have been installed with the cutting-edge technology in mind. The house has been equipped with an electrical and a gas boiler as well as a heat-pump with backup storage which guarantees its self-sufficiency. Besides, there is a smart-house system wired up with state-of-the-art  technology.

As far as the design is concerned, according to the designer herself, it is fabulous. The peculiarity of the interior is the fact there is no window textile to be found except for the bedrooms. Such an approach stems from the house architecture, whose windows overlook a stunning landscape without neighbours nearby. Such a design became possible due to the vast area around, which is about 30 acres. A separate space for two was allocated on the open terrace attached to the bedroom. For a more intimate atmosphere it is hidden from outsiders with two walls to the side with only the front part, where there are no neighbours being open.

The interior decor is represented by stone, wood, in some places metal and decor “concrete-like” plastering. The house floors are connected with a fascinating staircase with lighting and without the conventional handrails.

The space in the living room, which is combined with the kitchen, has been divided with a dining area. Such an approach was used in order to cut down on the time spent laying the table, and to avoid having to run from the kitchen to the other side of the room. In addition, there appeared a so-called “kitchen island” to make snacks in the working area.

The spacious and functional kitchen design has been elaborated. There is a lot of storage space, a separate utility room for groceries with places for fruit and vegetables, as well as shelves and drawers for crockery, appliances and dishes. The hostess is a keen cook, so her requirements were taken into consideration.

Due to the fact the kitchen zone is rather accentuated, the walls were decorated with veneered MDF panels. Efficient, succinct and modern kitchen has been perfectly combined with the dining place and the recreation area.

The bedrooms - the hosts’ room and the children’s room are styled in a similar way. The hosts’ bedroom is accompanied by a huge wardrobe, which is tentatively divided into two parts  - the husband’s and the wife’s. The same division has been envisaged  in the hosts’ bathroom .
A certain amount of room was allocated for the comfortable  gym, where the host likes to spend his leisure time. As a whole, the house comes across as a convenient, self-sufficient aesthetic island, which could only be accessed by the privileged.
