Trundling through the Dandenong Ranges (Tecoma) in the outskirts of Melbourne leafy eastern suburbs, the Public Transport Corporation Tait set (operated by ElecRail Victoria) makes its presence known as it’s prepares to conclude its down journey to Belgrave.

The PTC Taitset is comprised of four immaculately restored 1918 Tait carriages, formed from two motor cars, one trailer and one driver trailer (317M, 208T, 230D and 381M).

This photograph was taken during the Media Relaunch of the PTC Taitset into Heritage passenger revenue service after 20 years being sidelined due to accreditation issues.
