Throw Them, and They Wonder

This was for my Design Final during first semester. I wanted to do something related to what I was going to major next year (FAV), and get some kind of idea about it. The theme for our final was '24Hours', and our professor Miri Campbell told us we could create anything only if the time wasn't time itself. For my project, I considered using the notion of 24 hours, meaning not technically the time of hours, but just the characteristics of '24Hours'. We as people forget the importance of what's already been given to us because we already know it'll be there forever. Let's say sleeping and working, I'm pretty sure those terms are very familiar. I'm an art student, and especially in our Foundation Year (freshmen) we barely sleep. If we sleep, then we fail, that's pretty much how I sum this year. Our minds naturally shift to the importance of our work rather than our body causing a lot of damages. One of my TA told me that she read an article saying that people with lack of sleep tend to view the world in completely different manners. And yes, I think if I were to compare this idea to art students, it is very true. We have no sense if time or anything. So with this whole idea, I related it to a topic that could be shown to the viewers in a simpler way: Makeups. I tried to be sarcastic in this video, and how you interpret this is up to you. We are all stupid. Thank you and Enjoy.
