i Food kitchen is an innavative concept of remote controlled cooking system.
the peculiarity of the modular elements is that they can be blaced also in the middle of the living room. In this way, the kitchen can be used and "lived" from all the sides, creating a place where cooking, eating and staying together mix!
Moreover the electrical appliances are connected together and keep under control the waste of energy, reusing water and steam power produced during the cooking of food.
The "desktop" from which user can control the eletctrical appliances is the touch screen integrated on the door of the fridge. This door can become transparent and matt in command, allowing to see the inner contents without opening the fridge everytime. Touching the screen you can light on and off the appliances, be informed about the consumptions and about potential failures.

COOKING SYSTEM
An induction cooking plane with digital control and integrated scales is the main character of the kitchen. When the plane is operating, it shows in every moment the heat power used and the weight of added ingredients, but also the remaining time to complete the cooking. All these informations appear close to each pot thanks to a layer of leds integrated in the plane. Above the plane there is a hood able to use the steam power to give energy to the laps and functions also as a counter.

The wasching system consists in a rollaway sink with a pullout tap and a washingmachine. The pecularities of the sink are in the electrical opening and in the possibility to use it as a little waschingmachine in when dishes are not many .
