In Narrative Information Design, I designed 3 posters about the Takahē. My narrative for the first poster was to compare the Takahē to the Pūkeko, and how the Takahē was presumed dead however then was rediscovered. This poster is about the overall information and background of the species. My second poster is about the main causes for the Takahē being endangered. This poster mainly communicates that Takahē cannot survive without intervention, as well as the evolutionary reasons why the Takahē aren’t as well off as the Pūkeko. The third poster is about what is being done to help the Takahē, including future predictions on different scenarios of intervention, and where the Takahē may be by 2030.
