Overview:
"How much can architectural design do for creating truly successful spaces where people want to be?"
Our design needed to meet a select criteria; necessary facilities (eating/drinking area, small kitchen, small office and WC’s), how many people can be catered for and floor areas. These also needed to meet building standard requirements within ergonomics, fire egress, accessibility and health and safety. We had a choice of four sites, all within a mile radius of the Cathedral. I selected a site located by the Brayford Waterfront and the High Street.
