LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) BULLETIN BOARD AD CAMPAIGN
LIHEAP assists households with low incomes, particularly those that have a high home energy burden (percentage of income that goes to heating and cooling bills) and/or have members who are elderly, disabled, and/or a young child. LIHEAP is a federally funded program that helps low-income households pay for heating costs which include electric, natural, gas, oil, and other deliverable fuels. The Program is administered in Riverside County by the Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions' Community Action Partnership.
The primary goal of this campaign is to create more awareness and visibility for the LIHEAP program amongst residents of Riverside County within the qualifying income bracket for the Program.
