A photography project using found objects, christmas decorations, wrapping paper, lights, fairy lights, candles

Speck
Arriving on the scene
Swimming towards the moon
Where it is full and luminous,
It signals and calls to the invader
That ventures in foreign lands
Prepared to,
Infiltrate the womb

Amalgamate and replicate ,
Collide and coincide,
Equate to create.
And thus it embeds within
Minuscule and invisible
An atomic consequence,
Like the cores of stars
That we admiringly stare at
Light years away
A fusion within
Powering their light
Never failing to ignite.

They are sprinkled on the atmosphere
Like we are sprinkled on this earth
Scattered amongst the expanse of the land
We become specks
Little grains of sand
In an upturned hour glass
Ticking away at our life
As we just glide through
With the rest of the crew

To be like the stars
And to shine without reason,
To fuel the fire from within
Like the nuclear fusion
That ignites its skin,
we must hold onto our light
and never lose sight
of what burns our desires
to make it glow like the fire
we must feed the fire
and work hard to make it roar
and always climb higher
to allow it to soar

We were once atom sized
We were created
With microscopic ingredients
that concocted our existence
but with time we have matured
like the stars in the sky
and the trees on the ground
so keep pursuing your fire
and you will be taken higher
by glowing and growing
so never neglect
or you will regret
becoming a speck in the dust
a particle floating in the atmosphere
that is instinctively brushed off and forgotten
