Custom work in its purest form

The desire to move quickly is particular to start-ups. A name, logo and website are often launched in no time, the first customers come in and the ball starts rolling. However, after a while, companies can run into teething problems. Their packaging may look attractive, but their brand misses a clear story.

From packaging to branding

How do we make ourselves clear and how can we distinguish ourselves from our competitors? These were the questions brought to us by Petra and John from interior company Renner – an acronym of their surnames Roks and Rommens. We set out to identify what set Renner apart, simplify their services and define their key message in a brand story, which was then brought to life through a new corporate identity, maintaining their existing logo, website and social media approach.

Invisibly signed with your name

At Renner, Petra and John deliver custom work invisibly signed with your name. It’s the key to their brand story and the anchor point for their corporate identity: the R in the existing logo becomes a dynamic element that adapts itself to the communication tool. Like a personal stamp, customised to your tastes. Just like every Renner interior.

Striving for maximum connection

It all starts online. Renner offers a unique intake call with interior designer Petra. It can be booked through the website, in order to discuss requirements and check if the vibe is right. The website is the pure embodiment of their core values: personal, authentic, down-to-earth and user-friendly. This isn't just appreciated by Renner’s customers, but also won the site an Awwwards website award.

And above all,
a consistent brand experience

Renner doesn't publish perfectly polished social media posts, but rather snapshots straight from the heart. And no one's better placed to handle this on a daily basis than themselves. Thus we translated the corporate identity into a number of templates with which Petra, who happens to be a gifted writer, can get started herself. Professional but personal. Renner connects with the customer every day, while we watch from the side lines and look after the overall picture.
