Social Media - Promotional Highlight

Using Social Media Managment tools such as Hootsuite (as seen below), I managed social media marketing efforts for BI-LO across 2 facebook pages (BI-LO SuperSaver, fuelperks! @ BI-LO) and 2 twitter pages (BI-LO SuperSaver, fuelperks! @ BI-LO), I planned and executed exclusive social media promotional events, provided customer service through direct and time-sensitive interaction and compiled post-event analysis and weekly stats to upper management, our vendor partners and relevant internal teams. 
BI-LO's social media marketing push was launched by a 'Fuel Frenzy' FREE Gas Giveaway promotion to support the fuelperks! Rewards program. This promotion consisted of clues dropped over the course of 2 days as to the participating gas station locations where the FREE gas would be given away in our core Upstate South Carolina markets.
 
Once the locations were figured out by customers and they arrived at the station they were met by an organized group of BI-LO Teammates ready to make the experience one to remember as they filled up tank after tank with FREE Gas. The 'frenzy' that ensued as the clues were dropped and happy BI-LO customers left the stations can be witnessed on the BI-LO SuperSaver facebook page below.  
This event resulted in thousands of new Facebook 'Likes' and twitter 'followers' between the four social media pages I managed, the BI-LO SuperSaver (facebook & twitter) and fuelperks! @ BI-LO (twitter & the facebook page below). This event was unprecedented in nature and scope and a resounding success resulting in viral buzz created around the socialsphere and positive PR in the local press and news outlets.
