ThisHoliday collection is based on Fritz Lang’s 1927 silent film masterpiece, Metropolis (1927).  In the mother of all cities, Metropolis, therich elite live above and the workers below.  The Thinkers and elite above are oblivious tothe toiling workers and engineers and their conditions below.  A young beaurocrat falls in love with a beautifulworker. A mad scientist, Rotwang, makes an automaton that is indistinguishablefrom a real human. Taking the form of a beautiful girl, Maria, the robotrevolts the workers to destroy the city. Will the city of Metropolis be saved?
