I led the redesign for CofoundersLab to launch their brand new platform with a completely new UI/UX and new feature sets for their 400,000+ users. I utilized my UXR team on behalf of LeanDiscoveryGroup.com to perform usability tests, heuristic analysis, and one on one discovery interviews so that I could confidently fill the product backlog with validated tasks aimed at enhancing the look and feel of the new platform.
