Здание появится на месте существующей застройки, частично признанной аварийной и несанкционированной. Это небольшое, но функциональное здание включает в себя 3 лаборатории и современный конференц-зал для проведения лекций, собраний и мастер-классов.

3. Landing the building on the site;
4. New landscaping of recreational areas on the site.
