My process with this project began with experimenting with combining my initials and birth date through the Gestalt principle of Figure and Ground. The intention of the project was to create a final logo to express myself through a simple design that could be viewed in multiple ways. The most difficult part was the digital translation section and through trial and error, I was able to better grasp Illustrator. The most exciting part of the process was deciding my color combinations: I chose #FBA79B and #FA6450 for my final monochromatic pallet. Overall, this was a great introduction to the design process and I'll be using this logo in future personal branding projects.
