CEP 20.000 is a poetry and music collective from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, created by Chacal. This event would hold an exhibition with the history of the collective, a stage for musicians and poets to perform, a small shop, a bar, and a lounge.

The exhibition was designed in a way that resembles a maze, inspired by how Chacal used to announce the beginning of the shows using a Minotaur headpiece. Interactive installations allowed the public to immerse themselves in poetry: a system with artificial intelligence that can generate a poem, a microphone under a spotlight that reverberates the speakers’ voice throughout the room, and a giant Minotaur head with a 270º projection telling CEP’s history.

Components like the furniture (made to look like folded paper), the scale of objects like the Minotaur head or the floating papers over the stage, and some others were designed to make the public feel like they were in a dream, toying with the oniric feel conveyed by music and poetry.
