This issue was out 1st of September, so the school topic was very much relevant. We all love the schools, or hate them, or else, right?
The comic is vaguely based on the structure of an Orthodox icon and on a famous painting by Vasily Perov 'Troika. Apprentices Fetch Water', 1866. This painting was included inside the educational books in secondary schools across the whole country, so at some point everyone was familiar with it. The central image of the comic is referencing Perov's work.
