Oddworld Inhabitants 20th Anniversary
Logo Revamp Project
In celebration of Oddworld Inhabitant's 20th birthday, I decided to to a fun, little revamp of their iconic logo.
Total time taken: 5 hours 12 min (including brainstorming)
Logo Sketches
I came up with 5 sketches of possible logo ideas. I wanted to choose iconic elements within the game to be included in the final logo revamp, from the Scrabs to Abe's chest tattoo.
Final Logo Sketch
For the final logo design, I chose elements from each sketch and formed it into a final piece. I also came up with the possible colours for it, I wanted to stick with the purple/gold theme they have.
Transfer to Photoshop
The tranfer from paper to Photoshop was a pretty easy daunting task; Pentooled around the handdrawn logo whiles trying to make it as clean and sleek as possible.
Final Logo Design
I produced 3 forms of the final logo revamp: White on Black, Black on White and Vintage. The design has kept the same from the final sketch just made clean and professional.
