Heuwels Fantasties
Motion Graphic
Originally one of my first ever projects using after effects, our task for this project was to animate a logo for a local band. I chose Heuwels Fantasties, a local afrikaans band.
When making the motion graphic, I decided to add more colour to this old design by giving it a "night and day" colour scheme. the top of the graphic and the "heuwels" are coloured in the same dark blues that can be seen in the band's newer logo and a range of oranges and yellows for the "fantasties" and lower bars. I decided to let the bottom have the warmer colours as it felt more suitable to have the word "fantasties" as a bright and warm colour.
