:: Industrial Gears by SEW Eurodrive ::
This short feature is about the industrial gears of SEW Eurodrive and is supposed to show the fast transformation capabilities of their gears in a different way.
The "IG gears" aka "Transformers" won the IF communication design award 2009 in the category "animation" and the intermedia-globe GOLD and GRAND Award 2010 by World Media Festival.
I was Lead Animator on this project and animated 4 (of 5) transformations (building, truck, bucket-wheel excavator and earth-ball) as well as the cameras. I also did the pre-lighting, texturing/shading and editing.
