The fiftieth issue of Mark magazine will be out on 1 June 2014.
To celebrate the occasion, Mark organized a design competition for the cover of Mark #50.
My proposal about the cover stems from three simple concepts:
geometry, modularity and simplicity.
In fact, to celebrate this event I worked on creating a sort of pattern, that contained itself the decorative motifs that refer to the number 50. The architecture and graphic design have always coexisted and to pay tribute to an architectural magazine I chose those to me are the tra- ditional colors, such as used in the great school of the Bauhaus.
