Florilegium project is documenting the adjustments of social constraints in my life, adjustments resulting from exploration, knowledge and culture. With Florilegium, I am collecting excerpts from personal experiences that illustrate the narrative mechanism of vulnerability. I entered into a relationship with myself by producing and receiving the art, feeling and evoking at the same time the emotion I was experimenting. Each image has two perceptions: the inner expression (self-portraits) and the resistance to the world (still-life scenes). The affect of emotion changes when considering consciousness and shifts when control over details is lost.
