Subterra is the first compilation album by Dualist Inquiry (Sahej Bakshi - India's Electronc Dance Music Frontman) under his own record label - Dualism Records. The album features prominent musicians from the underground music scene in India and is available for free download. Sahej's vision was to capture the essence of an underground experience that is adventerous, dark and deep with layers of unkown sound. I have been making papercut lightboxes for a while now and I instantly felt the theme matched this style of art. I proposed the idea to Sahej via skype and a really bad sketch, but he was brave enough to go ahead with it and I am happy that he did :)
