A14 Print Finishing set the brief of coming up with a design solution for a 3 part A5 mailer to get their clients and designers to use thermography. Thermography is a print finishing process where powder is applied to wet ink and then heated up to create a raised shiny surface.

I decided to go for an old fashioned, yet contemporary design, following the origins of the process, as it is quite an old process which is becoming increasingly popular. I used moustaches, hair, and glasses to create a fun, quirky, interactive design to promote the process of Thermography.

Designs are thermographed and duplexed.
