Sailing Sports have been known to be amongst the most costly and prestigious of all sports in our modern age. The Loco Sydney 40 is a Yacht with Australian owners on British waters. I was commissioned by a member of the crew to create a logo worthy of the oceans to grace this vessel as well as be the emblem of the crew.
The logo needed to be able to settle with ease at prestigious sailing events as well as stand out, be memorable and most of all capture the spirit of the vessel. The main features of the design had to capture the heritage of the owner himself, as well as nautical culture.
