Bound to a Commitment

One year ago Brendan Schreiber was set to start his junior season of lacrosse playing for Clifton High School in New Jersey. But before he could meet the challenges on the field, he was faced with a far larger one away from the game. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma the day the season began. With the support of his parents, teammates, and the surrounding community, he began his battle. Through his perseverance and determination, he not only beat the disease, but continued to contribute to his team on the field of play. Now entering his senior season, he aims to be even more of a leader after undoubtedly becoming tougher from the experience. This is his journey.
