A charming modern farmhouse style, 3150 SFT new two-story home in heart of Sunnyvale with an ADU. It's a complete rebuild project. The new home has a large and inviting porch, which leads you into a grand foyer that opens into a Great Room. The Great Room enjoys views of the backyard through large floor-to-ceiling windows. A visual connection has been designed between the two floors through a loft looking down over the Great Room Dining area. The second floor has three bedrooms including the Master Suite. All bedrooms enjoy a lot of light and views with bay windows. ADU has independent access, with two bedrooms and a large living room, and a full kitchen. We have named this project of ours Whispering Jasmine.
