Wicked Jazz Connection identity and packaging - Art Director and Design
The friends of Wicked Jazz Amsterdam asked me to design their new album for the Wicked jazz Connection ensemble.
The project is about connections. This metafor was also used in the designed identity by connecting typography with a graphical grid. Traveling between many musical styles, countries and influences, the band takes you on a journey that spans funk, soul, jazz, afrobeat, house and hiphop.
The album features collaborations witj Bootie Brown (The Pharcyde) and Ursula Rucker (The Roots, 4hero and King Britt).

The Hypothesis EP Limited edition vinyl of 100 pieces US only. The full album on compact disc was released in Japan and Europe. I was responsible for the overall design and did the art direction on the photography.
