Design & layout of the Lebanese cookbook Mama Ghannouj by Dima Adra. This cookbook brings together over 60 Lebanese recipes from 10 mamas that are known to be excellent cooks in the community. It was created to (finally) have a written record of our mamas’ recipes, and for our cultural food traditions to get passed down and live on.
