The Situation
The University of West Georgia was in need of a brand campaign to set the record straight about the value they provide to their students. There was a major misconception about the quality of the experience they provide and the career outcomes possible with a degree from UWG. It became referred to as a second-rate option. A backup. A place you might end up if you didn't pay attention in high school. In other words, there were a lot of people who didn't want to go there and a lot of people who didn't want to end up there.

The Solution
It didn't take long to realize that things have changed at the University of West Georgia. The degree programs are tailored to introducing real-world experience, connections with industry leaders in the area, and cutting-edge information in ever-changing industries. In addition, there was a serious support network of staff and faculty who care deeply about the success of each and every student. 

What we wanted to do was to create a mantra for the past, current, and future students and employees to let people know that they were proud to be associated with UWG. That it wasn't a place to settle on, but a place that you could bring your unique perspective and find the support and opportunities to fulfill your potential. A campaign to show students the values and colors of a university that gave them a chance to show the world who they are and who they can be.
