Lottie animations
There's one "rule of UX" that sometimes might get overlooked. That's the peak-end rule, where users seem to judge a process not by the sum of the total experience but by how they felt at it's peak and at it's end.
This is why this moments are crucial in interaction and I took on the role of designing and animating illustrations for a banking app for such moments, with the scope of creating a more polished experience and to bring that extra delight to the users.
