Prototyping process of 1:1 bike handle, made for our E-Bike thesis project.

Starting from 3d modeling, we have created a handle bar that is realized for making non e-bike riders safe with its friendly design. After printing, I have spent time sandpapering and stucco pasting the product in order to smooth all the surfaces. The final prototype has been painted with our vibrant colors to show how we motivate numerous amount of people to start cycling with an e-bike.
