On a trip to Denver, I walked from Sherman and 19th, heading up Sherman to 16th and turned right towards the 16th Street Mall.
As night began to fall, I found myself right where I wanted to be. I had seen long exposure images of the streetcars, and I wanted to take some myself.
This first shot isn't like the rest, but I was attracted to the shape of the design and while I am not usually inclined to present black and white images, this one just seemed to feel right when I tried it.
As I continued my walk, I saw the way the lights played off of the buildings and how the reflections looked, and I just had to capture them.
This next shot is the one I went to the 16th Street Mall to get. I set out to get it and I am pleased with the results, I love the colors on this street. One of these days I would like to go back and get some more shots of this area.
