Project: Event Curation and Technical Production Lead
Client: DO Lectures
Overview: Each year some of the world’s most amazing minds join us on our small farm in west Wales. The talks are shared with the world for free. They attract a global audience each day to a cowshed, which means DO Wales is as huge as it is tiny. Each year we welcome just 100 attendees. But the talks have been watched over 150 million times. And yet, despite demand and growing waitlists, we have no plans to expand. The cowshed is not for changing!

In my capacity as event curator and technical production lead for the DO Lectures in Wales, I orchestrated an immersive experience that seamlessly blended innovation, inspiration, and technical excellence. With an unwavering focus on cultivating an environment of learning and collaboration, I support the curation of a diverse lineup of speakers and workshops that transcend conventional boundaries. Guiding the event's technical production, I ensured flawless execution of audiovisual elements, harnessing cutting-edge technology to amplify each speaker's voice and vision. From coordinating logistics to crafting engaging stage setups, my role was integral in creating an event that fostered profound connections and catalysed transformative ideas.

The DO Lectures in Wales emerged not just as a conference, but as a dynamic platform where thought leaders converged, sparking lasting change and empowering attendees to turn their aspirations into tangible actions.
