A major company in Dubai had the idea of creating a character for their internal communication, which will grow and evolve depending on the performance of each department on quarterly basis.
We developed a character going through different age stages, which will represent the growth within the company, and the way it will show on the company's intranet.
We also suggested a comic strip to communicate the company's mission and values to the employees in a fun and accessible manner.
