The garment is a group work for the surface embellishment and interdepartment fashion show, The theme given was Streets of Hyderabad. We took inspiration from Chaugoshiya which is the traditional garment for women in Nizam's on their nikaah (wedding ceremony). Here the entire outfit is made with fabric manipulations like Patchwork, Pintucks, Layering and slashing and it is embellished Tube beads and white stones. All done by I and my friends.
