"Created in photoshop from a base sketch. The concept surrounding this illustration is the initial awe that overcomes the first time tourist to New York city. The hugeness, the hustle and bustle, and the diverse culture. The scene depicted here shows my experience visiting the big apple. The typical tourist, head up, gawking at the huge skyscrapers with camera in hand. Meanwhile the various residents go about their day to day and whizz by me, caught up in their own thoughts and activities."
