Here is the rough sketch I sent to the publisher.

Here is the completed artwork. It was done in pen and ink on paper and colored in Photoshop. The "Game Maker" text is custom made in Adobe Illustrator.

The publisher requested the James Naismith figure in the clouds be replaced with the older version of the character. Here's the final artwork.
