The reference image is the Holzhaus Göteborg in Germany. It is a classic detached Swedish house with a navy blue fired clay roof and maroon wood panels with white accents. The house looks like a comfortable barn, especially with much greenery surrounding it.

 

Watercolor paint was used to paint the base, color pencils were used to detail and bring out the shadows. Ink was used for the finer details and texture of the different materials and plants. White pen was also used to show the highlights on the roof where the sun was shining the strongest on.
