After all the battles my precious wife, Otgo King, has endured over the past decade or two, I felt that she certainly deserved her own campaign ribbon. I designed this on Photoshop 5.5, using a photo of a Celtic cross downloaded from the internet and original photos of our wedding rings for the symbols on either side of the cross. The red and blue fields on the bottom of the ribbon are the colors of the Mongolian flag, and the red, white, and blue of the top field are from the United States flag. The interlocking rings are the traditional King symbol in Mongolian culture, and the interlocking diamonds are the traditional Queen symbol. They represent our marriage, in the center of which is the cross, representing Jesus Christ, without Whom we would never have made it this far.
