Novacart is a leading paper manufacturer in the B2B market and wants to enter the B2C market via the retail channel. The task was to create a new business strategy with a focus on high design value. As a result, Paper Pots, a new range of replenishing, biodegradable paper pots with a fixed base. The design combines 2 cooking materials that complement each other: the classic metal and paper. It will involve a one time purchase of the metal pot and a refillable paper pot which can be bought as needed. A key advantage of the product is that the user can cook, and serve in the same pot and then either store or dispose of as needed. It reduces the need for storage space; is presentable on the table; could be used for takeaway and cuts down on the washing up.
