The 3D renders depict the future look of Lavitta’s restaurant in New York, USA. Our client told us that the restaurant would be dedicated to his mother and even named after her. So, he wanted it to be a place that his mom would totally love. That meant the restaurant needed to have a cozy, inviting, and warm feel. Also, it must look classic and authentic in contrast to the urban surroundings.
The client asked to visualize the place at autumn sunrise. Such a setting helped to create a light, airy, and fresh mood in the CG pictures. It also allowed showing the interior lights turned on.
Our 3D artist thoroughly studied the design references and the location of the future restaurant provided by the client. After that, he precisely recreated the architecture of the old New York street with its tall brick buildings and “placed” the yet-to-be-constructed dining spot there.
Apart from showing architectural design and materials, the artist ensured to convey the character and atmosphere of the place. For this, he added many meaningful lifestyle details. There are lots of pots with greenery as well as elegant lighting fixtures and a standing menu holder near the entrance. On the tables outside, one can see lovely tableware and decor. The warm lights inside the restaurant are on, emphasizing the stylish interior design and the overall coziness of the dining spot.
As a finishing touch, the artist depicted people in the restaurant renderings. Some of them are visitors already enjoying breakfast and conversation at the tables outside, and others are passers-by who are about to enter the place. Their presence in the images completes the impression of the Lavitta’s restaurant as a welcoming and comfy spot to take a break from the city buzz.
