We where given a brief for the first year exam. To create a poster promoting a new horror movie, but to create it in an obscured style. What i wanted to do with my outcome, inspired by Olly Moss, was to create a very clean and simplistic poster that contrasts the usual horror film poster genre of all blood and gore. The title of the film came by accident when I flipped the word 'Obscured' to create a 'Derucsbo'. I didnt know what it meant, or whether it had a meaning but i liked how it looked and so it stuck. The text was created through a relief printing method and then scanned into the computer, as i thought the rough nature of the whole print making process worked well and suited the horror theme.
