Project: Neon colors, Women in IT – corporate calendar for JCommerce (2017)
The JCommerce company had a tradition of printing wall calendars for its clients in a theme called "Women in IT". These were meant to promote the company as a comfortable, inclusive and flexible workplace, as well as highlight the female employees.
I cooperated with JCommerce on creating the 2017 edition of the calendar. Fluorescent paint was chosen as a colorful, energetic visual theme. Make up was done by a professional make up artist Joanna Cieśla and the photos were taken by a photographer Dorota Zyguła. I've helped in some pattern designs and I used the same paints to create a logo used on the calendar's cover. Later I've selected and edited the photos, designed the layout, prepared files for printing and created cover art.
Thanks to good cooperation with the printer and a visit to their workshop, special attention was given to the printing process in order to achieve vivid, bright colors and no smudges from a massive amount of black paint.
