I managed a team of designers and worked directly with executive leadership, developers and project managers to design, develop and launch multiple interactive sports TV apps on XBOX Live. Below is several iterations of the visual design of the app as well as some images of the IA/UX process. The product was user tested as well as consumer tested and optimised with regular (usually monthly) update releases.
