HAWA-BANDAR PRECINCT CONSERVATION (8 Semester- Group Assignment)
The project was based in Block 3 Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan. Master Planning of the HawaBandar Precinct. Application of Sustainability paradigm and toolkit in Master planning. Master plan and building design to demonstrate resilience in a natural and cultural heritage environment threatened by climate change, environmental pollution, real estate and commercial development pressures, changing socio-cultural trends and decaying infrastructure.
It is a 4 members group assignment in which the tasked was to study and survey the area thoroughly. Our group conduct detailed survey of this area, research related to the changes and how to conserve this area. At the end we made a documentation of this area and Proposed some interventions.
