Today is the most important day of my life.
We spend so much time worrying about the future and regretting about the past when we can’t undo any of that. Of course, there’s great value in planning ahead and looking back at our past to reflect, but when it’s done too much to the point where we constantly worry, it’s only doing more harm than good.
That is why living in the moment, living for today, is the best thing we can do. Today may not be as good as yesterday, it may even be the worst day of the week, but that’s part of life. Tomorrow will come, but in order to be prepared for that, we shall give ourselves the best we can today.
